Cops for Kids is an active group of RCMP officers and friends who raise funds to give back to the communities where they live and work. The focus of these funds is to assist children in crisis. Last year alone the foundation helped over 500 local kids.

On Wednesday, September 11th, members of our community will voluntarily arrange to be arrested and then released when their bail is raised. Bail money = donations to Cops for Kids. Tamarack Centre covers all the operating costs and advertising for the day to ensure that the Cops for Kids foundation does not incur any expenses and 100% of the funds raised will be used to assist local families.
