Tamarack Centre is located on Highway 3/95 in Cranbrook, B.C. and is the predominant enclosed shopping centre of the East Kootenays with a trade area of over 69,000 people. Tamarack Centre is home to 39 stores and services which include a strong mix of national, regional and local tenants including Canadian Tire, Winners, Staples, Shoppers Drug Mart, Anytime Fitness, Tamarack Medical Clinic, and 5-screen Columbia Theatre. Tamarack Centre sits on over 29 acres of highway-frontage property with a free-standing Tim Horton’s and a sit-down Boston Pizza. Tamarack Centre opened in 1977 and in 2017 underwent its first major renovations.
